USURPER Name New Album

July 12, 2004

Chicago death/thrash lords USURPER have set "Cryptobeast" as the title of their fifth full-length album, tentatively due late 2004/early 2005 through Earache Records. The CD will be recorded in August at Engine Music Studios in Chicago with producer Neil Kernon (QUEENSRŸCHE, CANNIBAL CORPSE, NEVERMORE, DEICIDE) and will contain the following songtitles, among others: "The Bones of My Enemies", "Supernatural Killing Spree", "Kill For Metal", "Return of the Werewolf", "Cryptobeast", "Reptillian" And "Wrath of God".

In other news, USURPER have announced via their official web site that they will not be performing at this year's Milwaukee Metalfest. "The band was added to the schedule without confirmation, and since USURPER will be busy with studio obligations, there is no way they could perform at this years fest," the group write.
